We have an opportunity for a Wheel Technician to join our team at Poole Accident Repair.
As a Wheel Technician, you will be responsible for refurbishing alloy wheels to the highest standards, carrying out all stages of the repair process from preparation through to finishing. We're looking for a skilled technician with alloy wheel painting and CNC machining experience who takes pride in producing exceptional quality work with great attention to detail.
Your responsibilities will include:
Stripping and preparing alloy wheels for refurbishment.
Aqua blasting wheels to achieve a high-quality finish.
Operating CNC machinery and wheel lathes to machine damaged alloy wheels.
Painting and lacquering alloy wheels to manufacturer-quality standards.
Inspecting completed work to ensure the highest levels of quality and accuracy.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
What you will need to be a Wheel Technician at Poole Accident Repair:
A minimum of 2 years' alloy wheel refurbishment experience.
Experience in alloy wheel painting and finishing.
Experience operating CNC machinery and wheel lathes.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Hours of work will be: 44 hours per week. Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
Friday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
